I was going to say, don't bother going into such a dodgy, unregulated profession - but then on consideration, with spelling and syntax like that, perhaps it could be your dream job!

Estate agents don't get "wages", typically; they get commissions based on what they sell. If you sell a lot you get very rich, if you don't sell anything you get very hungry.
