okay... so my eyebrows look kinda like this...

how can i achieve eyebrows like that would it involve trimming or thinning or lightening or what...
and without them looking ORANGE !

There is a reason people go to school for stuff like this. Bite the bullet pay the money you will be glad you did. At least then the only person you can be mad at if your not happy is at the salon.

ok, first trim them, make the figure (always remove the hais below the eyebrow, never the top, ok?), then brush them up and with small scissors trim where the hairs that go over the line the you like, not too much, but enough so they don't get messy, if they're orange, use an eyeliner and make a light line then difuminate with your figer or an applicator, i don't recommend dye because it might stain your skin or they'll be darker than you wish

Go to a beautician. I did and she thinned it out profesionally for me.
