More than 5- do some research online first, especially to get an idea of how much people in your area are paying for the car you want to buy- and get a copy of your credit report (even though the dealership will check it again).

1. What is the *total* amount I will have paid for this car after I've made all the payments?
2. Will you match the deal from the "XXXYYYZZ Dealership" across town?
3. Are you interested in buying my old car? The answer is yes, but they may give you a better deal on the new car if they think they can make money on your used car.
4. Explain each of these costs on the invoice.

Above all, know the dealer's cost of the new car so you'll know if you are getting a good deal.

"So, i pass to take this to a mechanic to envision over, do you have a controversy with that?" no longer something can substitute for that important step. Carfax is in basic terms a provider, no longer something extra. it quite is not a understand-all-tell-all checklist that informs you of each and every and each provider subject with a vehicle. If something wasn't stated to Carfax, it does not make it onto the checklist.
