Use a drill with a very small bit, or a Rotor Tool with a small bit or a Dremel tool with a small bit.

I'd make sure they were dry first (maybe even low-temp oven for a few minutes), then a very fine drill bit (Dremel bit would be ideal).

Make sure they're secured well before you start drilling!! Padded grips in a vise of some sort to hold it secure. (Don't hold it in your hand... drill bits through the hand aren't fun!)
