That would likely be 18.

As far as I know, you can leave a child at home for short errands and the like at age 13, but leaving a minor to watch other kids overnight is pushing it if the supervising child is under 18.

Should any emergency occur, you can be held for neglect if the supervising child is yours (not to mention the younger ones).
