A memorandum or memo is a written form of communication most often employed in business environments. A memorandum is typically written using the following structure:

Just a short note. Usually used to inform people in the work place. Now largely superseded by internal E mails.

Usually the stationery it is written on is headed Memo, then there are headings To:, From, Subject and date it's as simple as that.

It's a memo or a short message, not obsolete as the other poster mentioned. Memos are still common in lots of workplaces! You can download free templates for memos from Microsoft's web site (below) if you are a Microsoft Word user.

A memo? It's a reminder usually written on a post it note, but you can write it on the computer also.

a memorandum (shorten to memo) is just a statement that would a lot of people to read.
basically its set out like this:


to.all staff
from.your manager

subject.smoking

It is known as a Memo - and is an internal document to communicate within an office, now made obsolete by the use of email.

When registering a new company, it is produced , to show the Code of the conduct of the new company. Atricles of Association is the other document required.
