Does anyone take Omega 3-6-9 and if so do they feel it has been beneficial to you in any way. I heard it helps with alot of different things like your heart, skin, depression, etc. I don't know if there is any solid evidence that this Omega or any other vitamins really help. Am i wasting my money? My doctor told me if i eat a balanced diet that i didn't need to take any type of vitamins but who eats a balanced diet daily? I know i don't. I also take a multi-vitamin everyday.

You are wasting your money. You are probably wasting the money you spend on "multivitamins", too.

Find the time to eat a balanced diet. Then you will live a longer, healthier life, and make up the time you feel you "don't have" now!

Mackerel, salmon, bluefish, mullet, anchovy, herring, sardines, or tuna sure taste better than a handful of pills, too!
