If you can't fix it through tools - internet options - home page

I would suggest uninstalling explorer and reinstalling it

Go to tools, internet options, general tab, see what your home page address is, If it has nsl-school entered in the address bar just deleat it and enter whatever home page you want, Example- Http:// Google.com or Http:// yahoo.com or you can enter your internet service providers address also. then hit apply and ok.

Put your computer in safe mode and run your antivirus and spyware programs.

find where it says tools at the top of The internet explore and click on that then click on internet options that will bring up a box that should say general options and at the top it will say home page write in there what you want as home page hit save then ok and that should change it to the page you want...

Get some antispyware softwares like spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org ) and AdAware SE (http://www.lavasoft.com ) Update them and Scan in windows safe mode (press F8 repeatedly during startup) Both softwares are free and user friendly.
There is another powerful tool called hijackthis against such browser hijack attempt. But it's a bit professional. So normal users arent capable of dealing with scan results of hijackthis unless he gets proper guidance.
