I am writing a paper on Hurricane Katrina and about that “You can’t take anything for granted.” I would like some ideas on this topic. I have a page done, but I need one more page. I am stuck and don’t know what else to say.
Thanks

We all took for granted that the Army Corps of Engineers built the levees properly all those years ago. We took for granted that the Levee Board made inspections and repairs to those levees when needed. We took for granted that the levees would protect our city.

Did you know that there are still 150,000 victims living in Houston, Texas because they have nothing to go back home to?
