i have already told him no and tried to get away from him and ive told my parents and i probably cant get a restaining order

Feign just enough interest to get his name and address, then file a police report for harrassment. The next time you see the guy, tell him that you're going to get a restraining order if he continues to contact you.
God forbid he does anything to you afterwards, at least the police has a paper trail to get to him.

First, put out a peace bond when you notify the cops about what this creep is doing. Carry mace with you and don't be afraid to use it. Alert your neighbors and friends to be on the watch for this guy in case he tries to hurt you. Good luck, and be safe.

a police report will do him good.
I SAID POLICE REPORT NOT A RESTRAINING ORDER. Get the cop to keep a log on him, let him built up history. If he is doing this to you he'll probably do it to other girls.
