I already have:"PIANO SERVICING, TUNING AND REBUILDING" by Arthur A. Reblitz, "PIANO TUNING. A Simple and Accurate Method for Amateurs" by J. Cree Fischer, "TUNING & REPAIRING YOUR OWN PIANO" by Jim Jackson and "TUNE AND REPAIR YOUR OWN PIANO" by Michael Johnson and Robin Mackworth-Young. Does anybody knows some other books on the topic?

I checked one out of the library once. Look there. I wish I had it in front of me so that I would be able to tell you the name but I checked it out years ago and don't remember.

It is quite hard and you need special instruments. Funny though, you don't actually have to know anything at all about music to tune a piano... do you believe that? I was shocked!

It was a lofty endeavor for me so I just call in someone to do it for me. My piano is 100 years old and I didn't want to attempt it and mess it up!

Good luck!
