As far as I am aware, same sex couples still cannot procreate. Without passing moral judgement on anyone, I'd say the need for the continuation of separate sexes is primarily the survival of the species.

Are you taking drugs, and this is the reason you pass out and then revive and find that things have happened in between unknown to yourself?
'Seem to be having relations with the same gender?" " Seem to be"
As though life happens to you from behind yourself, and before you know it your are doing things, or "seem" to be doing things?
What you are posting is an early indication of Clinical_Denial, or an inability to maintain a separation between reality and delusional reality generated by and within your own MIND. If you are being seduced by someone caught up in Clinical_Denial, then you are apparently vulnerable to the infection of Clinical_Denial, and if this is the case, then to continue with what at the moment "seems" to be a relationship will become a lifestyle maintained by your MIND taking over your life, having replaced it with a new delusional life of its own creation. Your MIND will soon be using you in a fantasy of its own creation. The fantasy is an illness known as homosexuality, the facilitator of it is ones MIND, and what makes it possible is Clinical_Denial.
If you can still "hear" the warning, leave what "seems" to be a relationship, and run like mad. Or if already in Clinical_Denial, you won't be able to "see" the warning in this post, and will take it as only homophobia, a rationalization by your MIND as it defends against giving up its new fantasy life.
Peace in any case

To be honest, having relationships with the same gender, for example a friend or a brother, sister does not mean that the opposite sex has no reason to exist. Maybe this question should be frowarded to the world of Biology.
In this planet, the reproduction system of all living beings is Meosis, that means that two different sex mate together and multiply into further organisms.
You are talking about Mitosis (NO SEX) , that means one single sex organism reproducing i.e. multiplying further. Well, my friend unfortunately (for you) that system does not exist in case of human beings.
And fortunately for those who believe in love and emotions, we enjoy the wonders of Meosis
(FULL FRONTAL HARD-CORE SEX)

Is this a question or a thought? Yes there is a point. I personally like same gender relations. Different strokes for different folks. You cannot possibly think there is an atlas of the mind and know how everyone things.

First of all, You have to understand what sex is.
Sex is combination of female and male.
God created them to multiply and reproduce
Okay, forget about religion in a moment.
The main objectives for sex and relationship are reproduction. That is why you have male and female. That is why you have family.
What if you have only one gender!??? The world will only have one individual.. That is why I say gay is wrong.
Of course, you can have friendly relationship with same genders. But sexual relationship has to two different sexes!

yes, because not a lot of people are having homosexual relationships, that is a very strange question, since having seperate sexes is not about who people are sleeping with, but the physical attributes that make us seperate, like the fact women can have kids and men can't, the whole penis, vagina thing. That is what seperates the sexes, not who had sex with who last night

Yeah man, one sex -half the problems! Lets get splicing...which parts come from which though?
Relationships have to be sexual? I believe you are pointing towards this? I would have thought the many platonic friendships that occur between different sexes provide a greater diversity of thought than single sex groups. Go forth and mingle :-)

I think the reason to separate the sexes is that men and women tend to be more open around their own gender. People tend to put on a show more when they are in mixed groups.

Yes, there's a point. The homosexuals have just deviated the whole purpose. Their choice. Wrong, but their choice.
