Kazaa is a peer-to-peer program just like limewire. Except, Kazaa is full of ad-ware and spy-ware that is harmful for your computer. If you really want a good program try ares (yahoo search it, it'll be on a sourceforge page) or if you want kazaa get kazaa lite resurrection instead, same program but with all the ad-ware/spy-ware removed. and you can get that from the website in my sources section.

Its the same type of program as Limewire but i think it has less users. I find Kazaa has a better selection of hard to find Techno tracks whereas Limewire has more Hip hop music. I dont agree with the other answerer, the way kazaa works makes it significantly safer to use than limewire but generally speaking using any download program can result in viruses affecting your computer.

That second guy is wrong. Kazaa is loaded with spyware. I have noticed that there are alot of things you can't find on limewire. WinMX used to have EVERYTHING, but it scaled back.

Still I would try to download WinMX first and use it (you can still download it, but it is harder to find). If it doesn't have what you are looking for, try Kazaa.

Also, if you are willing to pay about $0.10 for your song, you can most likely find it at www.allofmp3.com
