I do not believe that violating Geneva convention is a crime in America. Therefore president is not charged with it.

Because he's the only president who had the balls to stop the religious extremists..you want our leader to be like the leader of the Spain train bombing fiasco .. the Geneva convention did nothing about Saddam Hussein torturous acts ..we did ...be proud your American who doesn't bow down to pressure...

I think you may have drank too much of the spiked kool aid this morning. Bush is not a war criminal, and the SJC certainly never said this. This is simply your interpretation of a ruling regarding military procedures during war time.

A. Bush can not salary conflict all on his own. He had lots of accomplices in Congress. B. by using your purpose, each and every member of Congress who voted to offer him the authority to flow into Iraq could be tried besides. this could comprise the present vp and Secretary of State. So if it is an highway the libs desire to pursue, have at it.
