I am having trouble downloading torrents, I click download and then simply ask to save the icon...it never really starts to download. I am just interested in tv so if anyone can take me through step by step ways of doing that on a good site that would be great, since I live in spain and don't speak the language. Thanks a TON!

Okay first of all make sure you are saving the right thing. A torrent file has .torrent at the end of it in the file name. If you are downloading them right, a box will pop up and it will ask you whether you want to open or save it. Click on save. Another way is to put your mouse over the torrent link, right click on the mouse and choose "save target as". You see a torrent is only a file that helps you find all the parts of the show, it is not the show itself and that is why you then need to download a torrent client program.
You have to use a torrent client program that helps you find people with the file you are looking for. I use a program called bitcomet because it is one of the easiest ones to use, in my experience. You can download it from here:

You download the program (it's free), then run it and select open. Select the .torrent file you just downloaded to your hard drive and then it will ask you whether you want to start downloading. Click ok.

It is a torrent search engine and it allows you to search multiple torrent sites for the show or file you are looking for. In the search box, you type the name of the show you would like. You need to know which season and which episode number of the show you want. Goto http://www.tv.com and search for your show on that site. It will list the season and episode number, such as 503 meaning season 5, episode 3. You select which torrent site you want to search, such as demonoid, btjunkie, isohunt, mininova. You can only search one torrent site at a time.
It will come up with a list of results with the season and episode number in the name, such as desperate housewives 2x03 or 203 and sometimes it will have more than one torrent for the same episode. How to choose? There are columns with S and L at the top. S means seeders and L means leechers. Seeders are those people who have the WHOLE SHOW and are UPLOADING ONLY, while leechers are those people who only have PART OF THE SHOW and are DOWNLOADING as well as uploading. You want to choose the one with the highest number in the "S" column so the downloading will be faster. You click to select and there should be a link saying download torrent.
After you have downloaded the torrent, run bitcomet, click on open and select the torrent (it will be a small file) that you downloaded. This torrent will help you find all the people with parts or all of the show. Click ok. Depending on your internet connection and how many seeders and leechers there are, it can be as fast as an hour to download a show or even several hours. TV episodes are usually about 349 mb in length.

When you want to download from a torrent site you need a torrent like Azareus or Bitlord you can get them from here.

Then go to a torrent site like mininova here

Once there select the software , music or film you want to download it will bring a box select save then select open it will then open the torrent and download the files
