Sorry--guess I should have added that we are both from the 80's generation of music...i like a wide range from the 50's to today..my husband mostly 80's to today. Looking mainly for love song type music - can be rock, country doesn't matter. I know alot of 80's music, but now that I have sat down to put this dinner together I can't think of one song! lol

Mantovani waltzes (Romantic classical period, I guess), Barry White, Luther Vandross (God rest his soul), www.kost1035.com, www.947thewave.com, love songs in general.
Also play what both of you like, and any special songs that remind you of each other. My husband and I like Kenny Roger's love song renditions, and it never fails to set the mood. If you have enough time, burn a CD of different songs that catch your ear,and appear to be suitable. Play the CD during the dinner. I think that'll work perfectly. Good luck to you, and many more happy years of marriage to you and your husband.

Well since you didn't say what type of music you like, I always like Marvin Gaye, Earth Wind & Fire or Michael Buble.
