No. But they are required to pro-rate it so if you have a 12 month contract with a $200 early termination fee, and you cut it in 6 months, you only get charged $100.
It would be a good idea just to get a quick job until you find a job that you do. Also, so companies will allow you a payment arrangement and won't disconnect you for like 3 months. Just talk to them. They WANT to keep your business so anything they can do to keep you would benefit them.

Sorry, but loss of job does not cancel a contract. However, you should be able to call them and explain your situation and if they are a decent company they will waive your fees so taht one day when you get a job again, you will come back.

Only if that provision is written into the contract, and I'll bet it's not.
You signed up. It's not their fault that you lost your job. However, if you talk to them, they may work out a deal so that you don't have to fulfill 100% of the contract.

I dont think so, unless their is provision in the contract. Some insurance policies you can get cover loss of income through sickness or unemployment which may help pay some bills.

The broking service will run a DMV printout on the truck. If it shows up as a sparkling call on your call, they could have you ever signal an application for a reproduction call and a invoice of sale. they'd take this and use it to get a clean call to resell. We did this each and each of the time in CA.

no but if you call them and tell them what happened they may be able to work out a payment plan with you or delay your payment time for maybe a month.
