When the Presidency and the House are finally returned to the Americans who are truly patriotic, truly interested in our world image, truly willing to help the needy and leave other governments alone, what will you do?
I for one will down a glass of champagne, thumb my nose at all the conservatives crying into their Budweisers and laugh all the way to "I told you so" town.

The interesting thing is these people still have their heads so firmly in the sand they believe that they are still going to retain the house and the presidency. America is frankly sick of Republican mismanagement and throwing away tax dollars on wasted, futile wars in Iraq.

Well Tim. IF the Democrats field a candidate that's not a pure liberal and IF they actually come up with some ideas that resonate with the American voting public and IF they quit classing everyone who doesn't totally agree with the Eliteist Liberal wing of the Democratic party as Republican redneck religious ignorant fools you might get to raise that glass.
But were I you I wouldn't be ordering Dom soon. Remember the last two Brilliant candidates the Democrats ran up the flagpole never got saluted. What does it say about the current thinking of the DNC when the BEST they have to offer gets beaten by someone you class as a stupid idiot--Twice!
I really don't know which is worse that the Democrats got beat twice or the fact they still refuse to admit they lost.
But take heart I'm actually rooting for the Democrats to take back at least one House of Congress. I don't like it when one party controls both houses of Congress AND the White House.
You make it sound like it's a forgone conclusion the Democrats will be back in full control by the end of 2008. I'll remind you in 1994 the Republicans TOOK both houses of Congress from Democrats and have not made a serious move to take it back since.
And then there's this. In 2008 vote for me I'm not George Bush won't work. George won't be running. Vote for me, I'm not a Republican won't work either. With what Democrats have done since 1994 what is so great about Democrats. They are the ones we got rid of in 1994 and only Clinton's charisma saved the White House for Democrats in 1996.
This is the real world. Trashtalking about what you are going to do when Bush loses doesn't win elections. Ideas that get votes does.

wow your amazing ! did you figure this out all by yourself? the democrats have nobody that can bend the conservative vote that far..say what you like about foley or what ever but the age of consent in fla. is 16..funny when bill clinton was watching his then 19 year old intern masterbating with a cigar that he refused to take out usama when he had a chance to do so..wow he was no better than foley now was he?you guys had the house and senate for 40 plus years and didn't do dick for anyone,face it! so it comforts me to know that when your wife is wearing a berka and your asses are kicked in our streets for missing prayer one out of five times a day that i have the comfort of knowing we have a democratic presisdent to thank..after all remember jimmy carters work with the terrorists,wasn't he fantastic?or when al gore while questioning oliver north over iran contra hearings and asked why he had charged the federal government 50,000 dollars for a security system around his home and he replied..because of a terrorist threats sir..the then senator al gore said with a laugh,what terrorist would make you this paranoid mr north,that is rediculous..his reply to al gore was usama bin laden sir..in my mind he is the most viable non millitary threat to our country..again al gore laughed..so just to remind you we all dont forget what small minded people the left wing is..sleep well my friend,sleep well..
