I used to think it was strange that I didn't very often until I started dating my fiance. It was all about being comfortable enough to relax. I always worried more about pleasing the guy and being sexy than wether or not it was good for me. Start putting yourself first and everything will fall into place. Confidence in the bedroom is always a turn on.

Actually, I think the "problem" is that many women find it difficult to achieve orgasm, not that women can't orgasm many times in one session, and I'm guessing you're referring to my first statement. The reason for this is mostly mental, and we often put pressure on ourselves to *** and that basically ruins our chances of it happening. The other is that our clitoris is most often the source of orgasm and can be difficult to stimulate correctly! It is so sensitive and responds to even the slightest changes in pressure. Not only that, but as we get closer to orgasm, the clit's sensitivity changes also, and so if someone is trying to stimulate us, they have no idea that this is happening. Also many couples believe that they shouldn't have to involve the clitoris in intercourse. For some women they don't need to, or the bumping of bodies is enough for their clit. But most of us do need some of that. Teasing a girl until she is sooo wet and aroused will also help her orgasm quicker and easier. If I am aroused I can get off in under 2 minutes. If I'm just a little excited it could take me 20 minutes. Foreplay is really important!

May be a physical problem with you if you are a women. If you are a women then ...
1. your not excited enough for sex.
2. your man is a bad lover not allowing you to reach orgasm
3. try masturbation to improve the chances of reaching multiples orgasms while having sex with your partner.

ARE you kidding. I orgasm 5 times more than my BF can. If men orgasimed as much as I can there would be twice as many babies being born than now!!!!
I don't really know what you mean by increasing your chances!? Forplay is the only sure way to increase your chances the more you play the more turned on she is going to be. If you do it long, gentle, and good enough she'll orgasm the second you put "it" in her!!

Women have more orgasm than men,if your are not try more foreplay,role playing ,movies if all else fail it might be you are possible the wrong one .With the right one you can have multiple

It is more on an emotional level for a woman. Women usually have to concentrate in order to orgasm. Make it more romantic...try fixing a nice bath with candel lights 1st, soft music...whisper sweet nothings...let her just close her eyes and let go ...after she has relaxed and let go of the worries of her day...get your groove on....Good luck!
