You can basically do your own specs if you have basic knowledge of weights or load ... angles of welded or bolted frameing in other words make sure it will carry load + 20% you will be safe that way...as far as regulations each state will be almost the same keep receipts of materials purchased to build trailer they will tax you on estimateed cost to build it ...they will call this sales tax....then have pictures showing front right side and rear makeing sure it shows marker lights...good luck

Keep receipts for everything you bought and if you have a welding certificate take it with you when you title it. not sure about specifics but it may need brakes if your going to carry over certain weight. check local laws online for trailers. Fit full lights even if you dont need everything (hazard flashers, reflectors etc), you will need them sometime!

would be extra beneficial in case you had an engine to initiate with. i think of an enhanced youngster undertaking would be to motorize a bicycle. in case you detect that priceless then fix up a inexpensive motorbike. in case you like that take the subsequent step and bypass from there. Sorry yet lots of the time that's going to likely be far extra inexpensive to in basic terms detect a motorbike this is already runnning.
