Without actaully emailing the person the email address belongs too. Confidentility prevents me from doing this. Goggle didn't help and I tried various URLs using parts of the addie with no luck

You'll never really find out who really owns the email address.

Unless they maybe have it registered thru their ISP, or they have put actual personal information linked with the email.
