I wear high heels a lot, but only get toe cramps when I work out or wear flats. Oftentimes it hurts so bad that I cant even complete my workout. I refuse to give up the heels. Any thoughts?

I'm serious...eat bananas! They help with muscle cramps! I think it is the potassium.

200 to 400 mg's of CoQ10 gelcaps 1 hour before bed time. Recommended by my doctor and worked like a charm. Use any brand..just be sure to get the gelcaps.

Drink lots and lots of water to keep the body flushed and get plenty of potassium. You're eventually going to have to choose... heels and pain, or healthy feet.

Maybe the gym shoes your wearing aren't right for your feet. I have a pair of gym shoes I baught and can't wear because they give me toe cramps nasty toe cramps.

Just eat a banana ... Your body is lacking in potassium.. That will help eliminate the cramps you feel in your legs and feet...

Eat bananas. I studied this in my nursing classes. Your body is one big chemistry machine. Your muscles need potassium.
