If in the state of new Jersey the minimum wage is 6.15 and it increses to 7.15 does the employer have to adjust his/her employees wage to 7.15

yes, affective as soon as the min wage has gone up the employer has to adjust your pay.. that is the law, and he cannot keep you at 6.15 an hour..

Payed is not a word, it's paid. And yes, if you're being paid minimum wage and the minimum wage goes up, then your pay should go up too.

yes your pay would have to increase as the minumum wage goes up if not the company could get in trouble and be fined and they would have to reimburse the employees the back wages
