Some of you have not understood what I said. there is one person who has been creating problems where none exists. There are no rules as to how many overnight guests and there is no noise problem just a person who realishes in causing others trouble. A person who has taken a dislike to another person who caught them in several lies and that person did not like to get caught so now that person is causing trouble for a friend of the person who caught them in the lie who also lives in the park. No one is given rules when they move in the rules are made up as they go along. one so called rule is there are no dogs alowed over 25 pounds but there are several dogs over 75lbs in the park but if certain people bring another dog in they get told to get rid of it. Now if a rule is nothing over 25 then that is the rule for every one not just a couple same as loud cars, motorcycles, But not every one is treated the same some can do things when others can't. Every one should be equal

Am I right This one person has previously been the on site maintance person and was fired for what I do not know although she stated she quit. Beside the point because she was caught in a very big lie she is causing problems for others when she should be minding her own business and management is now calling or writing perople on whatever she says they are doing when in fact they are doing nothing wrong except keeping to themselves. In other words we are being singled out because we won't be friends with a trouble maker and go along with her lies any longer. There are several people leaving the park because of her. Oh and also because management refuses to upgrade the Electric in the park to present code it is still only up to the 1970 codes and a lot of us have requested the upgrade because our appliences have burned up because of power outages. We are told if we don't like it then move. Is that a way to run a park or what. What can we do to get treated properly.

Something here is not being said.

What trailer park would disallow an overnight guest? If I recall correctly, you own your trailer, you rent the land on which it sits. Having a visitor inside your own home is not somehting that should be prohibited. If it is, you should look into having your trailer moved to a more hospitable location.

However...

Why would a neighbor report you for something this minor? It appears to me that you've left something important out. Have you been having loud parties at all hours? Shouting obscenities at the neighbors as they walk past? Clogging up the parking areas with more cars than the area can support?

If you really are as pure and innocent as you pretend to be in the question - then either find a way to move your trailer, or sell and find a better location.

Harassment? Your nuts. Having lived in a trailer park myself I know the problems we had with this typical situation.
Each park has rules you have to follow when it comes to this situation and I for one agree with them. Without a doubt, you had to sign a lease so you had to have known the rules and policy covering guests and know you legally have to abide by that agreement. If you don't like it....MOVE. The only reason you were probably singled out was your neighbor was law abiding and didn't want to put up with your unrulely guests where others could careless one way or another. Most are worried about retailiation, but I'll tell you what.... I sure as hell wasn't and turned people like you in when ever the same thing happened. Your not being harrassed... your being warned.

First, talk to the manager about it and let him/her know what is going on. Then, start keeping a log of everything that happens - names, dates, times, quotes, etc. Next, take that information to the police.

if you can, find out who's doing it. ask them if there is a problem? then go to management and let them know what's going on between you and that person, and tell them that there are others doing the same thing.
