All these anti stretch mark anti scar creams are a marketing gimmick!
The good news is that scars and stretch marks can be faded slowly over time, simply by massaging them daily for 10-15 Min's.
You'll see, all the expensive stuff recommend it on the bottle.
It's because massaging it, stimulates blood flow and this speeds up recovery. You can do this with any body lotion, and with the help of someone else if it's on you're back.

Ways to get rid of acne scars
Repeated outbursts of acne damage the outer layer of your skin. In order to repair these damaged areas, your skin naturally generates a new supply of tough replacement protein fiber known as collagen. But... the difference with scars is that your body over-supplies collagen, creating an intensified and irregular cellular 'mesh' which looks different from the surrounding skin... and so is termed 'scar' tissue. Treatments vary, however success has been demonstrated with regular use of benzoil peroxide, along with steady daily treatment of acne scar areas with vitamins A and E, along with aloe vera and chamomile. Exfoliating compounds or even cosmetic surgery (laser peel, chemical) can be considered in your treatment strategy in how to get rid of acne scars.
Prevention
* Exfoliation And Regular Cleansing Are Ways To Get Rid Of Acne. There are many gentle but effective cleansers on the market. Names such as Neutrogena, Cetaphil and Clearasil fill your local supermarket shelves. If these cleansers clear up your acne but seem to dry your skin too much, then it's important that you add a moisturizer to your daily skin care regimen. Dry skin is irritated skin, and irritated skin is unhealthy skin and may even increase the chances of being affected by acne.
* Using Moisturizers Daily. Getting healthy skin means a balance of daily cleansing along with replenishing essential body oils. Revitalizing aloe vera with a vitamin E additive along with chamomile has been an age-old remedy that's worked for many people. Quality moisturizers include Neutrogena products and Eucerin. It's best to avoid using bath soap on your face, even if you are not affected by acne, because soaps tend to dry out your skin, which could trigger new acne break-outs. Facial cleansers are more gentle on the skin.
* Getting True Professional Help - Role Of Your Dermatologist. Getting rid of acne can not necessarily be resolved with over-the-counter skin care treatments. These cleansers may not be strong enough to produce the results you're looking for. If your acne persists despite your care and daily treatments, then you may want to consider making an appointment with a dermatologist. A dermatologist will be able to evaluate your skin's chemistry and the source and type of acne you're experiencing, prescribing a more targeted medication for your skin.
