I posted a question a few weeks ago about my friend who is in a wheelchair. She wants to room mate but she's gay and has feelings for me. Most of you suggested I talk to her and that we agree to some guidelines for the sake of my kids, which we did. I decided to go ahead with our plans to move in together but we haven't found a place yet. Yesterday she tells me she's always wondered what it would be like to kiss me and asked that one day I allow her to do so with the understanding that it doesn't have to go any further. I am STRAIGHT. I love her dearly but didn't have the heart to tell her how uncomfortable her request has made me. I don't want to lose her but I don't think she gets that I have no interest in an intimate relationship with a female. What do I do now? I feel like now I have to once again reconsider our agreement.

Find the heart to tell her.

Reality hurts. If she is comfortable with telling you, "I wish to kiss you.", be comfortable saying, "I don't wish to kiss you." Don't expect the be the 'nice one' all the time, even if it risks hurting the person.

Of course, think of the consequences of doing it. If you believe you can bear the consequences, go with it!

Good luck! (:

my suggestion is give it a whirl with her. You might like it you might not...you will never know if you don't try it just once! At least she is being forward and honest with you. I will say this though if she persists after the fact get out of there.
