Please don't get disheartened.

Pleasure and pain are two sides of the same coin.
Without pain how will anyone realize the value of pleasure ?

Give yourself a break.
Be kind to yourself.

If something is making you worry a lot, is troubling you much then you should see a doctor, a specialist.

Take care of yourself.
God likes people who take care of themselves.
He despises the people who do not care for themselves or who are cruel to their own selves.

Relax.
Do not think too much about anything.

Try to keep yourself busy.
Doing what you like (Except thinking) or what needs to be done.

Eat well, drink well, sleep well.

Besides use your rational mind, things will be better, much better for you in future. Have a hope.

This may be a some sort of a passing phase and you feel like this.
But this time won't last for a long time.
Things will be much better and you will live a very happy life.

Just relax, try to have fun, and Don't worry.

Well. One just can't scape from reality. First, there ain't no "reality" but "realities", or a "totality of realities". Second, if somebody thinks that s/he has "scaped from reality", s/he in fact has not scaped from anything, anywhere; but only has moved to another one.

If you are meaning a "psychological reality", then it is not a "reality" but a interior world. Reality needs to be taken into consideration the exterior; a psychological reality don't take it into consideration. Therefore...

In a few words, there is not "scapement" from reality. There is, at most, a interchange of realities. For exemple: one may change from a certain economic reality (a rich one, e.g.) into another economic reality (into a poor one). But he or she has not scape from the reality called "economical".

That's it. Sorry for the mistakes in English,

It is actually the other way round !
It takes a very deep level of perception to go beyond the real life experienced through the limited sense organs, to experience the seemingly illusionary reality ! Self-awareness, its perception levels have to enhanced with alertness and persistence !

Pretend. I will make up things in my head or pretend when no one is looking. I'm am an adult but I chalk it up to all my years as a theatre person. Its relaxing, detaching, and fun. Oh and movies are always a good escape.

Watch TV or read the newspaper. Nothing you see or read is entirely true-even reality TV--(there are cameras)
Or, just go the beach and lie on the sand with your eyes closed and listen to the waves.

no need to... to escape reality is to avoid the truth. to live a coward, in fear or in denial. be humble enough even in defeat. what matters is the lesson taught, not the lies it must be led into...
