Well might be but not 2nd hand might be 6th or 7th hand but u have to try in some metros.thanks n best of luck.

What is a lakh in US$? 150000 * .020 = $3,000 ?

Could get you a late 80's 1000cc+ Jap bike in USA. You would not want a Harley that someone would sell for that.
