has that happened to you that you were haveing a conversation online , and you give your description and the person tells you that they are 24, you have a great conversatiion, but when you see the person, they are 42. Would you stop the comunication ?

Yes i would stop the communication because obviously there is more that person is hiding from you. If you dont start off with someone being honest,,then that person has got major issues,,could be a crazy person.

How do you know that? Did they have a age written on their forehead,or are you just judging from a e-mail photo? I am sure that a fair person would look back at all of the communications they had with this person. They would ask themselves if THEYwhere completely honest with that person. A honest person would ask themselves if they had maybe not been realistic,in how theysaw this person,but instead created a fantasy of what they wanted that person to be in their own head. And finally,even if that age WAS true,which I am certain it is not. what does it matter?
What were your ultimate plans? To marry them and run off somewhere? And if that was running through your head, If you ever got to that point in your feelings,what else would matter? You would go with your heart, and not your head. It seems that if your conversation was great,that person was being as real as they possibly could be to you.

I'm just about ready to give up on that. I like to go into the chat rooms and watch people talk and a few times I've spoken to seemingly nice people. But there are also the wack jobs and stalker types that make you wish you never got online. You just never know about some of those people.
