Arsenic itself is not used in doping Silicon or Germanium semiconductors.

Gallium arsenide, Lead sulfide and Indium phosphide are the compounds used most often. All of these are toxic to humans.

If this is for a homework project, however, go with Arsenic.

Several of them, actually. Arsenic is probably the most famous one, but boron, gallium, indium, phosphorus... they are all nasty if taken internally.
