It is the law of nature. Almost every living being is created in such a way that there is a female and male counterpart. Even if some living beings are heterosexual, they have both these parts together. Nature always expect every progeny to be new and unique which needs contribution from more than one.
Even when Adam was created, Eve also was created. In hinduism also nothing is complete unless the male & female are together. Thus its true that for every male a female also would have been created but rarely they dont meet each other and become couples.In general every person has a counterpart whether he/she gets them or not!!!

If u r talking about male and female match, then it is generally true but has good nos. of exceptions too.
It is like Shiva and Shakti, both are always present in some form and are complement to each other. Everything is Energy either Potential or Kinetic and changes form from time to time.
It is natural and automatic too, there will be more perfect match for you and many not that perfect matches. But as the life changes one of them will become perfect for you, and current perfect will become less perfect for you.
But it is not that easy either, success of personal relations always depends upon the understanding, let go attitude, sacrifice, devotion. You will have to compromise for that other part of your.

Yes, it's true and some people, like me called it "One True Love".
How to find your true love, you mean?
I think that true love comes when you least expect it. You might as well suddenly that the girl who has been your classmate for 3 years is your soulmate and you immediately feel a very mutual feeling for her. That's possible.
When you find your true love, it is totally beyond description. You just get the feeling that you want to do anything for that person, want to be with that person, want to help her/him, et cetera. It's really unexplainable.

i used to believe that everyone had a "soul mate" but then i realized that everyone will have things that you dont like about them. It is your job to determine what the important things are and find someone that will make you happy. then the little things wont matter anymore. If you keep looking for the "perfect" person, you may never find happiness.
