I hit the wall when I courted a woman more than twenty years younger than me, after being married for 28 years. And worse, being celibate for the last twenty of them.
She was younger than my daughter. And THAT is a guilt trip and a half, i can tell you.
And no, it isn't about the physical stuff.
The mental and emotional divides that time has a way of creating can be too difficult to bridge.
