Yes, because the addictive property in tobacco is nicotine.........present in the plant at all stages. Unprocessed tobacco has as much nicotine in it as processed. The dose is irrelevant.......if you smoke it for any length of time, eventually, you will become addicted to it.

Yes. And the government recently announced that they have made cigarettes even more addictive. They are called Cancer Sticks for a reason. They cause cancer.
