no, 4th estate is an old Media nickname for media itself
There are those in the media who think they are just as important to America as the Prez, the Congress, and the court system
Always keep this in mind
People get into media not just to tell news, but to tell you the news THEY THINK IS IMPORTANT
They are stating an opinion just by telling the 'news'
