When you had your bloods taken did they check your Ferritin level, this is the iron stores within your body. The same happened to me and I had blood tests they said I was fine and perhaps just one of those things, but I read about the Ferritin and although your haemoglobin can be okay you can have low iron stores which eventually leads to hair loss. So I persisted and asked the doctor to check my Ferritin level, when it came back it was excessively low. the value needs to be around 22 to be normal mine was 4 and a dermatologist told me for regrowth the level needs to elevate to around 60. Medication: iron tablets.

Once when my friend was under tremendous stress she lost lots of her hair. It did grow back but it is now thin. Take care of yourself. You are far too young to live in this type of stress. If you are in trouble of sorts, go to an adult and get help from someone. I know at 24 you are an adult, but you are a young adult. Don't live in stress at 24. You will burn out by 55 if you do.

Hi from what you say it probably is from the stress, don't know what you are stressed out about but if you can combat the situation that is stressing you out. Then your hair should grow back OK.....Maybe try yoga , meditation etc to cope with the stress if you are still worrying about something. Talk about it with your Mum or your best friend and look forward to your next trip to the salon

The advice about asking for further advice and Iron is good. I have suffered with this problem for years with very little help from my GP. What I would say is whatever the outcome please please dont be fooled by the so called miracle cures that you see advertised on the web and in newspapers - there is no miracle cure - all they want is your money and usually lots of it. In the meantime try to eat healthily and not to worry and ask your gp about the iron. Good luck.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/buNCU
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.

1. Apply one spoon of lemon juice mixed with two spoons of coconut oil by slowly massaging your head, try applying it to the tips of the hair not on them.
2. Dont get too stressed, as it will even worse the situation.
3. Comb your head slowly applying the hard tips of the comb to the head.
I think this will help you, Good Luck
