hmmm... it depends...
PANCAKES---if they are topped with something or an other like strawberries and whipped cream or chocolate chips and whipped cream. And it has to be lightly brown and NOT burnt at all, even if (say i had blueberries in it), that my blueberries were not burnt.
FRENCH TOAST---if it is made the "right way", so it is not hard as brick or soft like it wasn't cooked properly, but just in the middle. And it has to be lightly brown, but not burnt so I can taste the blackness. It has to be topped with powdered sugar sprinkled heavily on and butter across it, drenched in syrup.
hmmm...
for my stomach right now...
