What actually happened at the end of the film 'the island'?

The one with Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson. I know the general plot but can't remember what happened in the end after they escaped! Please help!

After all of the clones escape. Lincoln and Jordan return to his boat "Renevatio" where obviously they live happily ever after...perhaps it is then that Lincoln decides he is better off becoming a Jedi.
