Im a 20 year old, typical male student.....iv had a lot of relationships with girls of similar ages. But at the moment i seem to be ignoring the usual girls and find myself being attracted to women in their 30's and 40's.....Y is this?? and I keep thinking that they would not be attracted to me because of my age, is this true???help me...

Some women in their 30's 40's can be attracted to much younger men. Why you are attracted to older women at the moment I do not know but you should not think that none of them would have interest in you. So, no need to ask for help here, just go with the flow and have fun.
(You need to have in mind that quite a few of them may be married and/or have children)

Age is not important... unless you fancy someone who is 50/60 years older or younger than you.
But someone who is 10/20 years older or indeed younger is ok. As long as there is love and a good spark between the two of you then i dont see what the problem is.
I fell for a woman who was 23 years older than me (i was 22 at the time) and i met her at work, i asked her out and we started seeing one another. The only thing that ended the relationship was when she became ill with cancer and died 2 years later.
So yes age difference shouldnt worry anyone but like i said, as long as its not too wide a gap I.E you 20 her 65.

Hey don't worry, ur attracted to older women cuz you know that there are more stable and they know what they want in life.
In other hand young girls or the same age just take it as another relationship, and they think that they can get always somebody better than you. Myself I'm dating a older women, shes just a few years older than me, and the relation has been great because she knows what she wants and ready to settle down

hmmmmmmmm how can I put this delicately? Apparently young men find women that much older attractive because they know what they are doing which makes them very sexy. Women that age can find younger men attractive because they have more enthusiasm and staying power! However, we mostly require a brain as well as brawn! I am just beginning to learn this for myself ( because that's what people tell me haha), but I assure you it's true! Who has a right to decide what is normal for you but you?

I guess you're realizing the girls your own age are just immature, stupid little clothes horses who are mostly self-involved. I am an "older" woman..at least, older than I used to be...hahah! I am also married to a younger man who is 21 yrs. younger than me because HE prefers older women......because we are more mature, intelligent, know what we want, aren't whiny, self-involved or concerned with our looks as much as those little younguns. My husband says repeatedly he likes the "character" in my face...that young girls don't have due to their lack of experiences. I dated 20 yr. olds when I was 30.....didn't like 'em. I wouldn't be attracted now, either. All I heard was immaturity..." I wanna be a rock star", "marry me", etc. geeeeeeezamighty. arrrrrgh! One was even scared to death when I got on top during sex. GOODLORD! Nope. 20=toooooo young! If you want a mature woman, you have to BE mature. AND intelligent enough to carry on a conversation with serious input, and treat us with the respect with which we treat ourselves and deserve! We will NOT put up with anything less........unless the 'others' just wanna do ya cos they're lonely and desperate, which does not include the MAJORITY of older women.

Age is only a number. I,m 34, and your age would not bother me at all (be it you were 20 or 50). You are just at you sexual peak and the women you are attracted to are mostly at theirs. I think if 2 people get along, why not? You are not hurting anyone, and after all women are like fine wines. We get better with age!

I'd be more worried if u didn't feel like this. Its normal for a young guy to fantasise about an older attractive woman, after all why else would there have been a film made about it......Mrs Robinson. You will go past this phase, so just enjoy it whilst it lasts and never let an opportunity pass u by, know what i mean, wink wink.....;)

Well, it might just be a stage, or you could be discovering something new about yourself.
Many older women are attracted to young guys; I'm 37 and I would be absolutely thrilled if a 20 year old was into me. I'd be hugely flattered.

Maybe your attracted to the women older than you because they are more mature and you want a mature experiencedc woman. And most women of that age like younger men.

I'm in my late 30s and I can't imagine being in a relationship with a 20 year old...for one, I have nieces that age who I remember as babies...but most of all, what the hell would you have in common to talk about? You wouldn't have the same cultural references - you could never wax nostalgic ("remember the Fonz?" or "I wish Talking Heads would reform...) because nostaligia to them is Hillary Duff on Nickelodian...
That being said, my wife is 4 years younger, and that's quite enough of an age gap.
