I had a similar problem with red clay and the bricks on the side of our house. I used a dilute form of CLR and a brush. It took more of the stain out. You will have to play with the degree of dilution, if any, that works for you.

A previous answer referred to the iron in the clay. That is exactly right. The red in the clay is iron oxide. The CLR has an acid base and this helps the iron oxide release from the brick or concrete. I don't know the exact chemistry but a geologist told me to use a mild acid.

I tried this and it didn't work. I was told the clay bonds to the concrete. We power-washed too and that helped, but depending on the nature of the concrete - we got mixed results. For the sidewalk, it eventually went away on it's own. For the basement floor? We had to paint over it.

I'm told (but haven't tried) that Iron removers or Rust removers sometimes work, since the red stain is the iron in the clay. CLR or something similar.

You'll find it probably will get rid of some, but not all the stains. Despite what most people think, concrete is considered porous, and some of the stain will be down in those pores. Pressure washing seems to do the best job of cleaning it.

Do NOT use bleach. Try a mixture of one part amonia and four parts water. This is the formulation to clean old headstones. Use a stiff bristled brush of natural or manmade fibers (do not use steel). Use lots and lots of elbow grease. If that mixture is not enough, try borax mixed in the same proportion. Use gloves with the borax.

teeth whitening will do away with those stains, although, there are various recommendations available to you. i think the superb device is custom made whitening trays with a high quality whitening product cautioned by utilising your Dentist. As somebody pronounced, you will desire to attempt to stay faraway from those products that stain once you're whitening, a straw can help to maintain those fluids off of the teeth. solid luck!
