The young car racer who nearly obliterated herself but walked away with a couple of bruises just asked for a cup of tea after the crash. A cup of tea has miraculous properties.
I made a pot, then had to take the dog for a walk. I shall have to microwave what is left over. Yeccch...but even then, stale and microwaved. it will be wonderful.

Tea has just been proven to lower the stress hormone cortisol. Although I'm not stressed right now, I'd love a cup. It's raining and grey outside and tea is the perfect afternoon brightener.

Maybe that's what I should of had. Instead of fancy cranberry juice that i am now choking on. You cannot beat a good cuppa tea. Redbush is the business.

No Thanks,basically i am coffee lover and its late evening, so either coffee or tea at this time distrubs my sleep, so I prefer a good spirited drink for relaxation.
