Didn't the Red Hot Chili Peppers have a hit song called Under the Bridge? I don't know if you could call it a "rare" hit song though, and don't know if it was in 1991...

Under the bridge was not a rare hit. It can be argued that it is one of the best songs released in the 90s and it definately one of the best song ever released by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Blood sugar sex magic is one of the greatest CDs of all time.
