Wow, I saw the authors of this book on Charlie Rose lastnight. It is REALLY scary how Fox News, Matt Drudge, and the likes of Ann Coulter are changing how politics in America is being influenced by lies and deceit.
One area I really found interesting was what they call the "Freak Show". Ever notice the role Ann Coulter or any other Radical Right Winger guest (usually a talk radio person) plays on Fox News. They really aren't on there for their knowledge, but to be a wedge and fire up the Radical base. By being so controversal they stimulate action by all the Bush backers glued to the TV watching how to think. Thus, Freak Show.
Amazing how propaganda is rampant in America to win the war for votes.

Ummm, Rusty, sorry you can't read.....but the article mentions Drudge and I was just commenting. If you can find a Republican that can read, you might get them to read it to you.

I am glad to see people are recognizing the American right wing propaganda machine, it began in 1988 and has been the driving force in the elections ever since, take away the 2 Clinton wins and what do you have, it's scary to see where they are taking us.

As pointed out by other post both parties engage in this scaring up the vote process and the propaganda media like to play as well. Just a small example is that has any news media other than Fox reported how Denzel Washington wrote a check for a new family housing unit at Brooks Medical Center? Didn't here about did you? Why because it didn't play into the certain medias anti-war stance.
Quite frankly both parties are as dirty as well dirt! It's all a power game and we are the pawns that put them there and allow it to happen time and time again.

If you don't think he is anti-american you've got a serious problem. It's funny Soros is dishing out all this money but let me ask the left something? How to expect to take over the President seat. Congress has been led by the right for 16+ yrs. The country is moving towards the red not the blue. If you want a state where anythings goes, then go to Cali, the ultimate blue state.

I can't tell who you're really talking about here, the democrats or republicans. If you are meaning some one that will stoop to any low to get a vote, then you're talking about the democrats.
I watch Fox News a lot, and there are all ways democrats on there spouting their views, no plans just views.

I don't know if there was a question in there, but what do you have against Drudge? All he does is link to news articles in, among other papers, the Washington Post. If you don't like the content in those articles, it's not his fault, is it?
UPDATE: Oh, excuse me, was that a really a complimentary post on Drudge? Let me re-read it... Nope, you put his name in the same sentence as "scary", "lies", and "deceit."
I think you're the one who needs to learn how to read and recognize the word "question" when you see it, because I still don't see a question anywhere in your rant.

Unfortunately both parties play the same game. Watch CNN sometimes . if there is slime to dish,a Democrat will be froint and center. Your statement in itself smelled of DNC text monkey stuff.
The UNited States of America and a number of other nations are AT WAR, it one would think that opposition parties would respect the difficult conditions that exist in this world today. For instance...N.KOREA, probably going to test a nuke this weekend....who sold plutonium and the methods of creating???? of course....William Jefferson Clinton! go figure....
