Hopefully, he meant they were going to TASTE a nuke, not test it, but I doubt it.

If Kim decides to test a bomb, there is nothing that would stop him because he's not afraid of us [insert your own reason here]. The only thing we can hope is that his nuke test is a flop just like his 4th of July missile test was. If not, then Houston, we have a problem.

N. Korea know better b/c there main ally China, will be very upset. To put pressure on N. Korea, you have to put pressure on the source, China.
