ok here goes, and im doing this for a freind. shes in big trouble......long story but she just violated her probation for the 3rd time and also got a new misd. charge. last violation (which she got a charge then too) she spent 30 days in county.....shes terrified that this time will b worse. does anyone know a way around it? any suggestions?

This is the 3rd time she has violated probation and now she's worried? I'd say she needs to get her act together and grow up. Perhaps jail time will do that for her, since she isn't willing to do it on her own. Some people do only learn the hard way.

Sounds like she's not a fast learner. If she was terrified it would be worse BEFORE she committed her last violation then she wouldn't be in trouble again. I say it's not your problem and let her suffer the consequences of her actions. If you always help her she may not understand why she gets into trouble because, after all, you seem to think what she does should be forgiven.

Maybe you and your friend should stop trying to get around the law and start abiding by it.
