Or shall I rent something...?
Ideas appriciated, but I've already seen Children of Men and Little Miss Sunshine, and thought both of them were great...

An Inconvenient Truth! I have been hanging out to see it, hopefully I will go this weekend.

Either that, or for something different you could go see some live comedy? (not a film I know, but a great night out all the same)

The Departed came out today. It's the new Scorcese flick with an all star cast including Jack Nicholson, Leo Di Caprio, Matt Damon and Mark Wahlberg. It's a crime drama which is a remake of a quality Asian movie called Infernal Affairs. The reviews have been great and it's already being tipped for Oscars!

The Devil wears Prada starring Meryl Streep & Anna Hathaway
or
The Departed starring Mark Wahlberg, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson, Leonardo Dicaprio & Ray Winstone. Basically it's the American version of the Hong Kong hit film 'Infernal Affairs' which is a absolute HK film classic!!!

The devil wears prada is well worth a visit to the cinema, Anne Hathaway as the clueless PA and Meryll Streep as everyones worst nightmare at the office - fantastic and funny.

Definitely rent, and go for something classic like Roman Holiday or the Cinema Paradiso if you need a little inspiration

Martin Scorsese has a new one out and it is an awesome return to form! It is just as good as Goodfellas and stars J Nicholson. I think it is called "The Betrayed" or some thing like that.
