What you need to do is create a directory (folder) to hold your page on your computer. Copy the page into the folder.
Copy all the pictures into the same folder.
Edit the page on the hard drive so that all the references to the picture are to the ones in the same folder as the page, not to the ones on the website
Once done, you should be able to copy the folder that has the page and all the picture onto a CD, take it to another computer (even one without Internet access) and open the page.

If I understand correctly, you want to do a screenprint. When you are looking at the page you want to save, hit the "Prt Scr" button next to the F12 key. Open MS Word, Works, or even Paint and then press "ctrl v" and it will paste it onto the page (or you can click edit and then "paste"). After that, you can save it as a .doc, .gif, .jpg , or .bmp. Good Luck!
