what should i do if my auntie smell like pp and fish and wont clean her self and keep following me around

tie her to chair in back yard and hose her down? Just kidding, how about buying her a nice basket with bath soaps and pretty things?

There might be a health or mental problem here. Check with the rest of the family first before you get grossed out....If she needs help get her in for an evaluation by a doc and social worker....
If she is just a slob, stop hanging around her place... You don't have to put up with her lack of cleanliness, even tho she is your auntie.......

Lead her home and say....auntie, i will be very grateful if you follow me smelling like a rose . Think that will give her a hint

start talking hygiene with her tell her how nice the new body wash you just got smells so good and would she like to try some volunteer to help her she is family good luck

lol.... is this a joke? If it isnt, for her birthday or christmas which is coming up soon... buy her some fancy soap and deodrant in a gift set so its not too obvious that you think she smells...
