If your wife doesn't have a physical reason for her lack of interest such as it's painful to her or she doesn't just naturally have a low libido as some people do, then you need to realize something else.
A man can separate sex from the rest of his life. He can have a bad day a work or even be fighting with his wife but still have sex with her. A woman isn't that way. If you want to make love with your wife that night, you have to treat her well all day. Sex and love are the same to a woman. Show her love and you will get the sex.

I'm not joking, or being an idiot, but watch porn together. It's such a good way to get ideas. And makes me a bit more comfortable doing a bit of "acting" in the bedroom. Also,making a woman feel very loved, protected and beautiful are sure fire ways of boosting her confidence.

or maybe ur doing somethign that really turns her off, or worse not doing somethign that turns her on
read some books on womens anatomy, do u know where her clitoris is? do u go down on her? do u give her massages? sex for a women is different than for a man, it takes time and consideration

Romance her, make a bit fuss just for her all night, make her feel really special. Have a bath, fill the room with candles, she'll want to make love to you, it comes natural.
