Software tools remain same. You can use WYSIWYG editors (Dreamweaver, Nvu, Frontpage, Visual Studio Web Developer etc) or text editors.
What you need to build a Web 2.0 site is an AJAX javascript library or a framework.
If you want to build a small site, use a javascript library such as:
* jQuery http://jquery.com/

http://www.script.aculo.us/
For enterprise sites, you need a framework. It depends on what language are you using:

You can use Dreamweaver software. I think it will be the best software for your requirement. I think it will be the bset for your case. I am having the software (with serial Number) with me.

If you're talking about developing a general website then i'm guessing all you need is a designing program - Photoshop, Paintshop and if you can code raw, then notepad or use dreamweaver/frontpage.
Not sure if this is what you mean.

Lol yet its distinctly obtrusive that human beings ask the questions only to placed them on that internet website because its only like ''7 minutes in the past'' and stuff, and if it became some different person filing them to the fail internet website, they wouldnt get it carried out that quick. yet both way its humorous haha i like the single about the guy thrusting his hips lmao edit hahah i like the cat foodstuff/abortion one..''what do they do with the abortion once they take it out?'' lol thankyou for displaying me this internet website..its highly amusing hhah
