The site below contains more information than I would want to type here. You can enter "plant" into its search box and it will search the journal for you, complete with a description of the plants which were new to Lewis and Clark.
The second site has the exact wording of all the journals from the expedition, but you cannot search by keyword. Try the first site first, it was easier for me to find things there.

At least 178 plant and 122 animals new to science.

I have not found a list with the names....if they ever did name them. They just described them.
